The first sentence needs to be broken down and understood.  It says to “repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ”, but that can be simplified.  When we repent and get baptized it is because we are ACCEPTING Jesus into our lives.  Repenting to ask for forgiveness and being baptized to start over and declare Jesus as Lord.  Moving on to the next part it says “And you will receive the GIFT of the Holy Spirit.”.  Notice “WILL receive” and “GIFT” in the sentence.  It means that the Holy Spirit will come to you for free no matter what.  Everything is simplified lets put it back together in the simplified version: “Accept Jesus Christ and you will receive the Holy Spirit.”.  You don’t need a baptism of the Holy Spirit at a big conference to receive the Holy Spirit.  You receive the Holy Spirit at the acceptance of Jesus.  Also don’t beat yourself if you think you don’t have the Holy Spirit just because you haven’t spoken in tongues.  There are other gifts that you may have, just ask, seek, knock and receive.  Be encouraged!

Matthew 13:24-30  

Not just in the world but in my own life I need to beware of weeds that i’ve let the enemy plant in me. God spoke to me watch for the weeds and pull them for they can do you great harm.  My life is too valuable to let it be run down by weeds.

At the point where my body is physically exhausted and breaking down. Where you’re body condition reached its peak and is already running down and it affects how you see your future and your decision making.  Where your mind has become so tired and weak that it doesn’t want to function. It turns every against you. you don’t care about anyone or anything. You’re just tired and not listening to anything because it all seems pointless.  Its to the point where I know my God is there for me but i’ve lost my will to try to reach back to him. I’ve lost all encouragement and everything just sorta sucks. I’ve been hit by an inanimate object, and it feels like it was a wall…

I thought i was strong until I tried to submit to others.  True leaders with true strength are those who can put themselves aside to submit to other in order to help them grow strong and confident. Help them grow to the point where they will be able to lead others and do the same.  It turns arguments and conflicts from a win-lose situation to a win-win situation. Instead of looking at do one thing cause its better than someone else’s it turns into lets help each other do each others plans.
